About The Project
Dr. Brian G. Criss wanted to move his practice from a dated building at a crowded location. Hillview Dental was built in an easy-access area south of Rapid City, SD, on heavily traveled Highway 16.
Two heavy-timber-framed entry canopies welcome both prospective and returning patients to the new office. The new structure is founded on conventional spread footings with concrete foundation walls. The dental office has a slab-on-grade that hosts six new dental chairs that have views looking out to the Black Hills.
